I have a background in retail, and I know how it is to recieve a bad review. So, I only took off one star. Because in the end, I don’t believe it was the seller’s fault. It was just my luck. Firstly, the tracking never told me WHERE my package was. It just said, “arrived at a carrier facility.” And then “delayed in transit.” Amazon apologized for the package not arriving when it was supposed to. No biggie. They said that I could get a refund if I didn’t get it by the 16th. The 17th came around, they said that my package was still on the way, so they wouldn’t give me a refund. It is now the 18th, and I just received it. I work from home, so heard the mailman drop it off. It was rolled in a tube, which is great. But somehow between point A and B, one of the sides came loose and allowed air to come in. Between the snow and 6° temperatures…. We all know what unfortunately happens to paper when it is exposed to moisture. It is warped in some areas. I don’t know if I can do the ironing method later on to help or not. I currently have it in a frame to see what will happen. The overall poster, I love it. Just was exposed to bad weather, unfortunately. I have a cheap phone, so I won’t attach images. Again, I don’t blame the seller. A lot of factors were at play. I just wanted to be honest and let someone else know what happened to me. I only saw one bad review on this product, which was about the overall quality. So, please, don’t think that this is a bad product. It isn’t! I just had an unfortunate experience. Best wishes.
